We don't require you to sign up to a minimum number of sessions. However, we strongly advise that you commit to a minimum of three sessions to truly benefit from our coaching methods and ensure you receive exceptional value for money.

We are happy to discuss one-to-one coaching for multiple individuals. We're also able to provide group coaching services through our parent organisation, Robin Lines Associates.

Yes! We understand that not everybody is able to attend face-to-face coaching, and can deliver our programmes remotely if needed.

Yes! We've delivered individual coaching to people across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. If you're not based in the UK or Ireland, we do ask that you're comfortable receiving coaching in English and that all sessions are conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
