METHODOLOGY

Conversation and Analysis

We discuss your goals, strengths, and development areas to tailor our coaching programme to your needs and ambitions. We don't just look at your professional environment, but also your personal and lifestyle goals and development areas too.

Deep Profile Analysis

We seek feedback from peers, managers, and other relevant individuals to gain a deep understanding of your personality traits, skills, and blind spots to build an objective evaluation of your strengths and development areas.

Measurable Objectives

Once we have developed a full profile, we set in place measurable goals and objectives for the coaching journey, ensuring that you can see for yourself the improvements in your skills, knowledge, and performance.

Implementation

We begin with a minimum of three, monthly 150-minute coaching sessions, establishing a set of accountable actions at the end of each session, along with recommended further learning materials to complement the coaching sessions.

We know that everybody is different, and no single approach is the optimal one. We offer three styles of individual coaching to ensure that each of our clients are given the coaching experience they need and deserve.

COACH AS ENABLER

Our focus is on asking deep questions to help the coachee figure things out for themselves. This approach involves proactive and challenging questions, using a pull rather than push methodology.

COACH AS MENTOR

We offer direct and honest insights and advice, acting as a sounding board for ideas, and guidance during difficult situations through a push rather than pull methodology.

COACH AS ENABLER AND MENTOR

A balance of questioning and advice by offering a sounding board when needed, and challenging when needed, through a push and pull methodology.
